We do not offer refunds on any products purchased. All sales are final. However, we understand that certain situations may require an exchange, and we are happy to assist you in these cases.

2. Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or receive a damaged product, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product to request an exchange.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange is no longer in stock, we will work with you to find an alternative product of equal value.

3. Requesting an Exchange

  • Your order number.
  • A detailed description of the issue or the reason for the exchange request.
  • Photos of the product, if it was received damaged or defective.

Once we receive your request, we will review it and provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange. Please do not send products back without prior approval, as this may delay processing.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for an exchange of the damaged item, subject to availability. We may request photos of the damaged product to assess the issue and expedite the exchange process.

5. Shipping Costs for Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning products for an exchange unless the product was received damaged or defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as Cutelooks Medi Spa is not responsible for lost or undelivered items.
  • We will cover the shipping costs of sending the replacement product for exchanges that meet the above criteria.

6. Final Sale Items

Please note that certain items, including promotional or discounted products, may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for exchanges. This will be indicated at the time of purchase.
